7a - 3p / Call hours: 3p - 7a
2weeks on 2 weeks off (MD's surgical call every day while working)
Call Response Time: 20 Minutes

Type of cases required: Endo, OB/GYN, PEDs, URO, ENT, Ophthalmology, Ortho
Number of ORs- 5
Supervision: Supervision & perform own cases
Model 1 MD to 3 CRNAs
Spinals, Blocks, Epidurals - must be proficient: Yes (case logs required)
EMR System: Medaxion
