📍 Position Details:
• Start Date: July 13, 2025
• Practice Setting: Hospital, Level III Trauma Center
• Contract Length: Ongoing, 2 weeks on/2 weeks off rotation
• Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
• Schedule/Shift Details: 7:00 AM-3:00 PM (OR)
• Call Details: Call every night from 3:00 PM-7:00AM, weekend call rotation
• Call Response Time: 30 minutes
• Case Types/Skills: General bread & butter, endoscopy, and light pediatric cases. Perform and manage blocks, spinals, and epidurals.
• EMR: Medaxion

Position Overview:
• Aya Locums is seeking a Locum Anesthesiologist for an ongoing 2 weeks on/2 weeks off rotation starting July 13, 2025. This role involves working as a solo provider in the operating room, covering general, endoscopy, and light pediatric cases. The provider will be on call every night and weekend in rotation. Proficiency in spinals, blocks, and epidurals is required. There is no OB coverage involved.

Requirements:
• Board Certification: Required in Anesthesiology
• DEA: Must have an active DEA
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS
• Caselogs Required: Proof of proficiency in epidurals, spinals, and blocks
• Experience: Must have prior experience in a similar practice setting with solo provider duties.
