Multiple Anesthesiologist needed near West Park, FL to start as soon as credentialed

Job description

- Credentialing Time Frame: 90 days
- Types of cases: General, Ortho, GI-Endo, Eyes, Healthy Peds, Urology, Robotics, OB/GYN, Bariatrics, Vascular, cardiac ablations, interventional radiology, neuro-interventional radiology, neuro, bronchoscopy. - No trauma and cardiac done by cardiac MD team
- Avg # of monthly cases: 1,800
- Avg monthly OB Delivery: 325
- EMR: Meditech
- Care Team Model: 25 CRNA; 19 MD
- Shifts: Monday - Friday either five 8 or or four 10 hour shifts. Approx 7a- 3pm 7a- 5pm.
- Weekends and call optional
- No Providers that worked at this site or affiliated site that is within 75 miles of this site
- Must have FL license
- Must be Board Certified
- Must have clean file and background
- Must have Full-time Open Availability
- $1,250 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
- $Competitive Rate weeknight call + Premium if called in, Weekend Call equals 6 Regular Hours Per Day + Premium When Called In.
- $Competitive Hourly pay + housing + travel + A++ rated malpractice insurance with tail coverage included.
