ASSIGNMENT DETAILS: JO# 2598668
• Location: Torrington, CT
• Target Start: ASAP November (1 week to credential)
• Length of commitment: 3-6 months with the option to extend
• Shift Details: 10 hr shifts M-F (Full time availability preferred)
• Schedule: (7am-5:30pm) Working 3 weeks a month with post call days off the actual days "working" is about 15 a month
• Call: 1 call per week, 1 weekend call every 5 weeks or so. Post Call day off, Very minimal call back
• Setting: Small Community Hospital Setting, will do own cases
• Types of Cases: Adults only, Low Case Volume General OB (400 deliveries annually). No Hearts, No heads,
• Department Description: 4 OR's, GI & OB, 122 bed facility
• Requirements: Board-Certified, Active CT License, DEA, ACLS, BLS
• Travel, lodging and malpractice covered
