Work Details:
• Support Staff: CRNAs
• Patients per day: 50-60
• Department Description: Comprised of ortho, ortho trauma, general, general trauma, spine, neuro, cath lab, ambulatory and endo. 1 provider is assigned to OB each day – this will not be a locum.
• EMR: Cerner and SaAnesthesia
• Hospital Bed size: 11 ORs in main hospital. 2 in the ambulatory center
• Special Procedures: Locums do not medically direct CRNAs
Practice Setting:
• Hospital
• Ambulatory Surgery Center
Requirements:
• Board Certification: BC or BE in Anesthesiology required
• License Required: Active AZ license - IMLC Only
• Certifications Required: ACLS, PALS
Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days


Overtime Rule: after scheduled shift
Overtime: 1.5x regular rate
Holiday: 1.5x normal rate - New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day [00:00 – 23:59].
