Anesthesiology Physician Needed in Arizona
Start Date: November 2024 or as soon as credentialed
Contract Length: 3 months with option for extension
Schedule: 10-hour shifts
Department Description: Comprised of ortho, ortho trauma, general, general trauma, spine, neuro, cath lab, ambulatory and endo. 1 provider is assigned to OB each day – this will not be a locum.
EMR: Cerner and SaAnesthesia
Special Procedures: Locums do not medically direct CRNAs

AZ License Required (We can help license you)
Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days
Medical malpractice insurance, travel, and lodging provided
