Job description

Shift Details: 7:00am-7:00pm
Shifts available as soon as mid September, with multiple shifts available in November and December.
Credentialing timeframe: 30 days.

Work Details:
• Support Staff: CRNAs, Locums do not medically direct CRNAs
• Patients per day: 50-60
• Cares are comprised of ortho, ortho trauma, general, general trauma, spine, neuro, cath lab, ambulatory and endo.
• EMR: Cerner and SaAnesthesia
• Hospital Bed size: 11 ORs in main hospital. 2 in the ambulatory center

Requirements:
• Board Certification: BC or BE in Anesthesiology required
• License Required: Active AZ license - willing to license with IMLC LOQ in hand
• Certifications Required: ACLS, PALS
