Coverage Type: Scheduled + On Call
Shifts per Week: 5 x 10-hour shifts
Schedule: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Requirements:
Board Certification: Yes, Anesthesiology (will accept Board Eligible)
State License: Yes, Arizona
Certifications: BLS & ACLS
Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
