• Department Description: Comprised of ortho, ortho trauma, general, general trauma, spine, neuro, cath lab, ambulatory and endo.
• EMR: Cerner and SaAnesthesia
• Special Procedures: Locums do not supervise CRNAs

Credentialing Timeframe: 30d
