CRNA Locum – Southwest Wisconsin
• Start: ASAP
• Rate: $240/hr + T&L
• Length: Guaranteed 3 months ongoing
• Schedule: Mon–Fri 7a–3p
• Guaranteed: 40 hrs/week
• Call: None
• Setting: Hospital
• Model: Fully independent CRNA practice
• Cases: General, OB, Blocks, Epidurals, Spinals, Ortho (total joints), Endo, Cataracts, Podiatry, Pain sedation, limited Peds (5+)
• No GYN
• Volume: 5–10 cases/day
• EMR: Meditech/iPro
• Requirements: BLS, ACLS, PALS | must be comfortable independently doing regionals/OB
