Job description

Start: May/June

26-week assignment


Hours: 7a-3p

Call Scheduled: Every other night and weekend

Call Response Time: 30 mins

Dates Specific Coverage is Needed: 2 CRNAs every day starting May 29

Credentialing Timeframe: Approx 60 days; can't start cred without license; will do temps

Other Requirements: ACLS, BLS, NRP, PALS, DEA; rubella titer; MANTOUX test

Any supervision: Independent CRNA practice

Types of cases required:
"Bread-and-butter cases"
Podiatry (Tuesdays only)
Endo
Small amount of pediatric ENT (6 months is youngest for tubes)
OB (~100 deliveries per year); OB is planning to increase in August 2026
No vbac deliveries
CRNAs do not need to stay overnight after placing epidurals
Eyes
Urology
Ortho
Blocks performed (Most blocks are done in pre-op by CRNAs.)
Adductor canal
TAP
iPack
Interscalene
Lower extremity / popliteal
Very little PECS block"

Spinals, blocks, epidurals - must be proficient: Yes

Caselogs required: Yes - proof of epidurals, spinals and blocks

Number of providers during the day: 2 CRNAs

Number of ORs: 2

EMR: EPIC
