Locum CRNA needed to start within 30 to 45 Days in Salt Lake City, UT

Shift: 5 x 8's.
7 ORs covered any given day at Hospital.
No Call, No OB, Very Little Regionals.
Pretty Simple practice.
Case Mix: Bariatric, Cardiovascular, Genera, Ortho – Regional Anes cases, ENT – Peds Tubes and Tonsils, Neuro, Spines, Crannies, Plastics, Level 3 Trauma related.
Will need an already active UT APRN, UT DEA and UT Controlled Substance Certificate.
Also looking for a start within the next 30-45 days.
Clean file, no background issues in order to qualify for temps for the quick start.
