Job description

Start date - ASAP emergency privileges/credentialing
M-F shifts are typically 8 hours but run longer/shorter based on case volume.
Start time 7 am

Patients per day: 8-16
Patient population/age: All days
Ear, nose & throat 2 x week. Spine cases 2x week. Ortho 2-3x week
EMR: paper
Lumbar/Cervical Spine decompression, hemi-discectomy , total discectomy, knee & shoulder arthroscopies

· Skills required: Intubations/ Regional blocks

Practice Setting:
• Ambulatory Surgery Center

Requirements:
· Board Certification: CRNA - yes
· License required: CRNA - Yes
· DEA: No
· Certifications preferred:
· Certifications required: ACLS/ BLS/ PALS
· Minimum experience required: 3-5 years
