Level 3 Trauma Center — 13 main OR rooms, 1 OB room, 2 cardiac rooms
Staffing: 12 MDs, 30 CRNAs; supervision/medical direction model with MD on call
Experience: No new grads
EMR: EPIC
Credentialing: 90 days
