📍 Position Details:
• Anticipated Start Date: May 2025
• Practice Setting: Hospital
• Contract Length: Negotiable. 4-5 months preferred
• Credentialing Timeframe: ~30 days
• Schedule/Shift Details: 8-hour shifts preferred, open to 10-hour shifts
• Patient Population: Adults
• Case Types: General bread & butter, GU, GYN, Ortho, Spine, ENT, GI, Light Vascular (No head or heart cases), ENDO procedures
• Department Model: Medical Direction
• EMR: Meditech/Paper

Position Overview:
• Aya Locums is seeking Locum CRNAs for coverage at a hospital near State College, PA. The ideal candidate will be available for 12 weeks, with flexibility in shift length (8-hour shifts preferred, but 10-hour shifts also considered).

Requirements:
• State License: Active Pennsylvania state license required
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of CRNA experience required
• Board-Certification: Yes, NBCRNA
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS required
