Job description

- 2-3 CRNAs a day
- Credentialing takes 60 days from file submission
- Cases: Cataracts, Retinas, Oculoplastics, ENT
- No peds or eye blocks
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8-hour shifts
- No Weekends
- No Call
- $500 referral bonus for any referral who works 30 days
