2, 3, or 4 weeks per month
Case Types: general, neuro, ortho, podiatry, ENT, peds ENT, GI, GYN, robotics, EP, c-sections (no epidurals), endo
Adults (90%) and Peds (10%)
Cred’g / Priv’g timeframe: 60 days full privs
Hourly Pay Rate: $215 plus T&L
