CRNA needed in Carlisle, PA to start as soon as credentialed. Working PRN (Several Shifts per Week)

Job description

Provider will be credentialed at two sites. One in Carlisle and one in Lebanon.
Site one: Carlisle, PA
- Points of Service: 4 days per week- Monday through Thursday
- Length of Day: Typical day 7:30a-3p
- Types of cases: Eyes/Ortho (currently up in the air) /Podiatry
- Credentialing: In-house credentialing. Turn-around time is @ 3 weeks.
- Staff: CRNA only
- Paper charting

Site two: Lebanon, PA
- Points of Service: 5 days per week- 2 to 3 OR’s running daily
- Length of Day: Typical day7:30a-3p
- Types of cases: ENT, Endo, Ophthalmology, Urology, Pain Management
- Staff: MDA has to be on-site and covers a room, CRNA’s in other rooms
- Credentialing: Turn-around time is @8 weeks.
- Paper charting

- $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
