CRNAs Needed across Albany, Lebanon, and Corvallis, OR

Start: November 2026 | Ongoing assignment
Full-time availability preferred, but will consider 2 weeks/month; single-location candidates also considered (Corvallis is biggest need)
Schedule: 8-10 hr weekday OR shifts + call (Albany); 10 hr shifts + call (Corvallis)
Call required — weekday and weekend call from home, low call-back volume
Case types: Pediatric and Adult (no Neonatal) — General, Sedation, Vent Management, Surgical, OB, Vascular, Orthopedic, Spinal Block, Epidural, Nerve Block, Regional Anesthesia
Anesthesia model: Independent CRNA practice
Experience: Minimum 1 year required
EMR: EPIC
Pay: $240/hr (negotiable for full-time) + T&L covered
OR license preferred, not required; must be willing to get CSR
