Location: John Day, OR

Start: As soon as credentialed

Contract Length: 6 months

Schedule: 4x10 schedule. Two weeks on/two weeks off

Patient Population: all ages

Setting: Bread-and-butter surgery and OB. ESI injections, pain mgmt
