CRNA needed in Florence, OR

Job description

EMR: EPIC – provider must be proficient
Coverage Dates (Specific, long term only): 6 months
Shift Schedule Details & Shift Duration: 7a-4p regular day, then call 4p-7a; weekends are 7a-7a call; weekdays have day off when post call
Call Schedule/Responsibilities: Rotation for weeknight and weekend call; rounding/consults/admissions/sedation/procedures
Type of Patients/Cases: Bread and Butter Cases, Adult, pediatric, geriatric, newborn
Patients per Day/Volume: 6-8
Support Staff: Independent CRNA practice
Miscellaneous Information: Small facility with 21 total beds; low volume and call is expected to be light
