Position Overview

We are seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join a highly collaborative pediatric anesthesia team at a Level 1 Pediatric Trauma Center. Schedule

* Full-Time Permanent Position
* Choice of 8-Hour Shifts (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM)
* Choice of 10-Hour Shifts (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM)
* No Call
* No Weekends
* No Holidays

Practice Highlights

* Level 1 Pediatric Trauma Center
* Pediatric & Neonatal Anesthesia
* 11 Main ORs + 4 Additional ORs
* Imaging & Interventional Radiology Coverage
* Approximately 13,000 Surgical Cases Annually
* Collaborative Team of Pediatric Anesthesiologists and CRNAs
* Daily Case Volume Varies from 1–15 Cases



Requirements Required

* Graduate of an Accredited Nurse Anesthesia Program
* Active NBCRNA Certification
* Active AANA Certification
* Ohio APRN License (or Willingness to Obtain)
* Current BLS and PALS Certifications

Preferred

* 1–3 Years of Pediatric or Neonatal Anesthesia Experience
* Strong Pediatric Clinical Training
* New Graduates with Pediatric Training Encouraged to Apply

Compensation & Benefits

* Base Salary: $250,000–$290,000
* Sign-On Bonus Available
