Dates Coverage is Needed: March 23-27, April 6-12, Apri 20-24, April 27- May 1, ongoing

Types of cases required: ENDO, podiatry, General, ORTHO, Urology
Spinals, Blocks, Epidurals - must be proficient: Yes
Caselogs required: Yes, proof of Spinals, Blocks, Epidurals
EMR System: EPIC
