Type of cases required: Endo, Podiatry, General, Ortho, Urology

Supervision: All CRNA practice

Spinals, Blocks, Epidurals - must be proficient: Yes

Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days

Case logs required: Proof of epidurals, spinals and blocks

EMR System: Epic

Licenses: Certs required: BLS, ACLS, PALS
