Job description

- Reason for Coverage: FMLA
- Practice Setting: Hospital-Based
- Documentation System/EMR: EPIC
- CRNA will be supervised by a Pediatric Anesthesiologist
- Average Number of Surgical Cases Per Day: 1-15
- Average Number of Pain Management Cases: 0
- Trauma Level/Designation: Level 1 Trauma Center
- Annual ER Volume: OR volume – 13,000 cases per year
- Description of OR Staff: Physician, Anesthesiologist, CRNA, Nursing staff
- Number of Operating Rooms: 11 ORs on main, 4 on south, and medical imaging as well
- Patient Age Demographic: Pediatric-Adolescent
- Types of Cases: General Surgical Cases (Pediatric), Neurosurgical Cases, Ventilation Management (Intraop Only)
- Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
- Board Certified: AANA only - Required
- BLS/PALS - Required
- Active OH license - Required (Not accepting IMLC)
- Accepting new grads, peds experience preferred
- Covid Vaccinated - Required
- Local provider (mileage reimbursement) - Highly preferred
- $500 referral bonus for any referral who works 30 days
- Competitive rate for weeknight call + premium if called in; weekend call equals 6 regular hours per day + premium when called in
