Job description

Schedule: Monday-Thursday 7a-3p (between 2 facilities – 1 at one facility and 1 at the other one). No call, no weekends, no nights.

Work Details:
• Patients per day: Avg 20 cases/Monday-Thursday
• Department description: Critical access, Inpatient Unit, Ortho, Gen surg, Endo, peds (even kids under 2). Peds typically nothing major, tonsil, ear tubes. ER.

Practice Setting:
• Hospital - Critical access

Requirements:
• Board Certification: Required
• License required: OH, license required - Open to licensing.
Credentialing Timeframe: 90-120 days.
