WHAT YOUR DAY ACTUALLY LOOKS LIKE
Expect a genuinely broad, high-acuity clinical mix. This isn't limited to bread-and-butter General cases—the practice specifically needs CRNAs comfortable with Level I Trauma, Neuro/Spine, open hearts, Thoracic, complex Vascular and Orthopedic cases, as well as adult and pediatric anesthesia.
Providers should also be comfortable with ventilation management, arterial-line placement and evaluating and managing acute volume and blood-pressure changes.
