ASSIGNMENT DETAILS:
• Location: Near Lake Erie
• Target Start: August
• Length of commitment: 3-6 months with the option to extend
• Schedule: 7am-3p Monday- Friday, optional call
• Current open shifts:
o Aug 7-9, 14-16, 19-23, 26-30
o Sept 3-5, 19, 26
o Oct 10, 11, 14-18, 24-25, 31
o Nov 1, 11, 12, 14, 21, 25-27, 29
o Dec 2, 5, 6, 9-13, 17-20, 23-27
o 2025 TBD
• Support Staff: MD supervising,1 MD to 3-4 CRNAs.
• Patients per day: 3-4 ORs daily
• Department Description: Mix of Independent and supervision. Will work independently on call. Call is 1:4.
• EMR: Meditech, Paper
• Skills Required: General, Endo, ortho and NO OB
• Practice Setting: Hospital
• Required: Board Certification, Active NY License
• Travel, Lodging, and Malpractice covered
