Specialty Needed: CRNA
Number of Providers Needed: 1
Length of Assignment: 26 weeks, ongoing
Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Schedule: To be determined (5 ORs, Level 2 Trauma, Level 1 NICU)
3 ORs from 7 am to 3 pm
2 rooms until 5 pm
Work Details:

Average Daily Census: 10 patients
Hospital Bed Size: Approximately 200 beds
Location: Medical Center
EMR System: EHR
Types of Cases: General, OB, ENT, GI, Urology, Vascular (including 500 deliveries per year)
Total Cases per Year: 3500
Backup Call: Yes
Requirements:

Board Certification: Required
DEA License: Required
State License: Required
Certifications: ACLS and PALS required
