* Start: September
* Contract: 26 weeks
* Schedule: 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts
* Call required (1st call only, weekends included)
* Cases: General, OB, Endo, Orthopedics, Pediatrics (ENT)
* No Cardiac
* BLS & ACLS required
* 12 months of case logs required
* Temporary/Emergency privileges available
* Credentialing: Approximately 30 days

**Wadena, MN**

* Start: ASAP
* Schedule: 7:00 AM–3:00 PM
* Call: Every 3rd night and every 4th weekend (30-minute response time)
* All-CRNA practice
* EMR: Epic
* Cases: General, Ortho, Endo, Ophthalmology, OB/GYN, Urology, ENT, Podiatry
* Must be proficient with spinals, epidurals, and blocks
* BLS, ACLS, PALS, and DEA required
* Temporary privileges available with a clean file
* Credentialing: 60–90 days

**Little Falls, MN**

* Start: September
* Ongoing assignment
* Day shifts with weekday and weekend call
* Coverage Needed:

* Sept. 30–Oct. 2
* Oct. 5–11
* Nov. 16–20
* Nov. 23–25
* Nov. 27
* Nov. 30–Dec. 4
* Dec. 14–18
* Dec. 21–25
* Dec. 28–31

* All-CRNA practice
* Proficient with spinals, epidurals, and regional blocks required
* DEA required
* Temporary privileges available with a clean background
* Credentialing: 60–90 days
