Schedule & Coverage:
PRN weekday coverage
Standard daytime shifts available
Flexible scheduling with ongoing coverage opportunities throughout the year
Ideal for providers seeking intermittent or supplemental work
Providers should be available for select requested coverage dates in advance
Clinical Environment:
Hospital-based ambulatory surgery setting
Supervision-based anesthesia model
Collaborative perioperative team environment
Modern anesthesia equipment and EPIC EMR system
Efficient workflow with dedicated OR and endoscopy suites
Case Mix & Clinical Scope:
Primarily bread-and-butter ambulatory anesthesia cases, including:
General surgery
Endoscopy procedures
Orthopedic procedures
Robotic-assisted procedures
OB and pediatric exposure required
No head, heart, or spine cases.
Additional details:
No regional anesthesia or epidural responsibilities
Spinal placement experience preferred
Broad all-ages patient population
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver safe anesthesia care across ambulatory surgical and procedural settings
Collaborate closely with supervising physicians and perioperative staff
Participate in efficient OR workflow and patient throughput
Maintain accurate clinical documentation within EPIC
Adapt to varying daily case assignments and procedural needs
Requirements:
NBCRNA certification required
Active state license required
Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required
Membership in AANA preferred/required by facility standards
Minimum of 2 years of CRNA experience preferred
Pediatric and OB anesthesia experience required
Comfortable working within a supervision-based anesthesia model
