Start Date: 7/5/2026
Assignment Length: Ongoing
Schedule: 7a-3p/Call Hours: 3p-7a - call every 3rd night and 4th weekend
Additional Details:
- Types of Cases: General, Ortho, ENDO, Ophthalmology, OB/GYN, Urology, ENT, Podiatry

Licensure: Active MN license required (assistance available if needed)
Credentialing Timeline: Approximately 60-90 days
