• Coverage Dates ASAP – ongoing
• Shift Schedule Details & Shift Duration: 6:30a – 3p, 6:30a – 5p (8 and 10hr shifts only); 2 shifts/week minimum
• No call
• Type of Anes Model and supervision ratio: Care Model
• Case types: CV, Neuro, Thoracic, Vascular, ENT, General, offsite anesthesia, No OB, No PEDS
• Patient Encounters per shift: varies; 2-7
• Available support staff: CRNA, Anesthesiologist, RNs, Aides, Techs
• EMR: Epic
• Certifications/Qualifications Required (ACLS, BLS, MSQA, TEE, etc.): CRNA, APRN, ACLS
• Candidates with 2yrs experience preferred; CRNAs credentialed for arterial and central lines (not required to perform arterial or central lines).
• Travel, lodging, and rental car provided

• 8 and 10 hour shifts
• Will accept 2 shifts/week minimum
• Travel coverage provided
