Job description

Type of cases required: General, Ortho, OB/GYN, Ped Dental, ENT, ENDO, Podiatry, no heads, hearts or spines, must be willing to work idependently.

Supervision: All CRNA practice

Spinals, Blocks, Epidurals - must be proficient: Yes

Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days (Temps are available with a clear background / malpractice history and active, unrestricted license)

Caselogs required: Yes - proof of epidurals, spinals and blocks

EMR System: Cerner

Vaccination Required: Need to be vaccinated/accepting exemptions

Certifications- ACLS, PALS, BLS

DEA Required- Michigan
CSR Required- Michigan
MUST BE NBCRNA certified

Licenses: n/a
