Job description

Specialty: CRNA
Contract Length: 13 weeks, ongoing

Shift Details:

Preferred: 5x8s or 4x10s
Minimum Requirement: 10-12 shifts per month
Schedule:

5x8 or 4x10
Work Details:

Patients per day: 8-20 cases per day / 3-4 cases per OR
15-20 cases daily in out-of-OR locations
268 beds
Department Description: General, Neuro, Cardiac, Ortho, GI, Endo
EMR: Paper charting for both sites
Practice Setting:

Hospital Level 2 Trauma/Stroke Center
Requirements:

Board Certification: Yes
License Required: Yes
DEA: Yes
Minimum Experience Required: 2 years
Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days
