CRNA Needed in Machias, ME (PRN)

Job description

Start Date: February

Contract Length: Ongoing, prn. Could consider a perm provider.

Shift Details: Onsite, 7a-3p and rotating on call 1:3

Open Shifts (Please submit your provider with a list of the open shifts they can work)

3/2 - 3/6

3/30 - 4/10

5/26 - 5/29

6/1 - 6/5

7/6 - 7/10

Work Details:
Support Staff: OR nurses, MDs

Amount of Coverage Needed per Month: Full-time. Will also consider candidates interested in PRN coverage and vacation coverage.

Patient Population/Age: Mostly adult, but some peds.

Department Description: 3 CRNAs, 1 FT Anesthesiologist/director. Providers will work in a supervised capacity. No cardiac or neuro cases.

Typical cases include general, ortho, ENT, urology, Blocks, and OBGYN (OB Experience required)

EMR: Cerner

Special Procedures: Should be comfortable with epidurals and nerve blocks.

Practice Setting: Hospital

Travel Logistics:
Specific travel client will pay for: Lodging provided by the hospital. They have nearby accommodations for providers. Will pay for flight and car rental.

Requirements:
Board Certification: Required

License Required: Active ME license or willing to license.

Certifications Required: ACLS, BLS, and PALS. Provider MUST be COVID-19 vaccinated, no exceptions. Do not require a booster.

Minimum Experience Required: Will accept new grads, but prefers experience

Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days; can consider temps if clean file.
