Job description

Start Date: November pending 60 day credentialing
Contract Length: 3 months, ongoing
Shift Details: 7a-3:30p, no call
Schedule: Monday-Thursday
Work Details:
· Support Staff: OR nurses, MD’s
· Amount of Coverage Needed per Month: Full time- Monday-Thursday.
· Patients per day: Varies on case load
· Patient Population/Age: Mostly adult/ some peds
· Department Description: No OB. Mainly general, ortho, ENT, urology, cardiac.
· EMR: Paper charting
· Hospital Bed size: 25
· Special Procedures: blocks
Practice Setting:
• Hospital
Travel Logistics:
· Specific travel client will pay for: : Lodging provided by the hospital. They have nearby accommodations for providers. Will pay for flight and car rental.
