Available dates: Nov 19-20 (full week Nov 16-20 preferred), Thanksgiving weekend (Nov 27-30, 3x24s), Dec 18, Dec 21-23, Dec 31
Potential for FT 3-6 month assignment for the right candidate (December start)
No experience required
Shift: 7:00am – 3:30pm (8-hr guarantee), call required
Case types: General Surgery, Urology, ENT, Orthopedic, Pediatric Dental, OB (required)
Credentialing: Same-day temp privileges, 1-day process
Pay: $225/hr + T&L (client open to higher rates for holiday coverage)
Requires active KY license
