• Location: Wichita, KS
• Start Date: January 2025
• Length of commitment: 3-6 months with the option to extend
• Coverage needed per month: 2-6 days
• Current Open Dates:
o January 20th
o February 3rd, 5th, 17th, and 19th
o March forward TBD
• Frequency of any Call needed: No call
• Schedule Details: Monday and Wednesday (6:30a 4:00p) - 8 hour
• Support staff: RN PACU, RN Pre-OP, RN OR Circulator
• Special Procedures: Primarily minimal invasive spine surgery including Spine fusion, Laminectomy, kyphoplasty, SI fusion, spinal cord stim, to name a few. No neuro/brain or orthopedics.
• Patient Volume: 2-4 cases per day
• Patient Age Group: 30-70
• EMR: Paper and Athena
• Department Description: Anesthesia duration 1 – 3 hours, ASA 1-3, No high risk. Some high BMI/low risk
• Special Equipment Used: Drager Fabius GS premium
• Required: Board Certified, Active KA license, 2 years ASC or OP surgery experience
• Travel, lodging and malpractice covered
