7a-3p/Call hours 3p-7a; 7a-7a
Will take OR CALL every other night while working

Jan 6-17, Feb 3-8, Feb 17 -28

Type of cases required: General, Endo, OB/GYN, Peds, Urology, ENT,

Supervision: All CRNA practice

Spinals, Blocks, Epidurals - must be proficient: Yes

Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days

Case logs required: Proof of epidurals, spinals and blocks

EMR System: Epic
