CRNA, Needed in Indiana:
Start Date: 12/28/2026 or As soon as credentialed
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Schedule: 7a-3p M-F (8s)
- Call hours 3 p.m.- 7 a.m. (weeknight)
- Weekend Call 7a-7a (24hr)
Job Details: Mostly general, Ortho, OB, GYN, Ophthalmology, Podiatry cases
- Epidural and regional/spinal blocks skills experience

Indiana State License Required (We can help license you!)
Credentialing Timeframe: 6 weeks
Medical malpractice insurance, travel, and lodging provided
