Job description

7a - 3p / Call hours: 3p - 7a
Call Schedule: 1 weekday call per week and either 5pm or 7pm

Start date is based off of being credentialed; 60-90 days.

Type of cases required: General, Ortho(mostly spine), urology, ophthalmology, GYN, very few dental and peds dental, ENT, podiatry, and heavy OB

Supervision: All CRNA practice

Spinals, Blocks, Epidurals - must be proficient: Yes

Case logs required: Proof of epidurals, spinals and blocks

EMR System: Epic

Licenses: ACLS, BLS, PALS
