Anesthesiologist needed in Bellevue, OH! $315/hour +Travel and Lodging!

Job description

Type of cases required: General, Ortho(mostly spine), urology, ophthalmology, GYN, very few dental and peds dental, ENT, podiatry, and heavy OB
Supervision: All CRNA practice
Spinals, Blocks, Epidurals - must be proficient: Yes
Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days (Temps are available with a clear background / malpractice history and active, unrestricted license)
Case logs required: Yes - proof of epidurals, spinals and blocks
EMR System: Epic
Vaccination Required: Need to be vaccinated / accepting religious / medical exemptions
Licenses: ACLS, BLS, PALS

• 13 week with possibility of extending
• Call Schedule: 1 weekday call per week (combo of primary and secondary) and either 5pm or 7pm room per week
