Locum CRNA needed to start ASAP and working a 6 month assignment with option to extend at a facility near Louisville, KY.

Job description

- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 5x8's or 4x10's.
- No call, weekends or holidays.
- Types of Cases: Gastroenterology, Musculoskeletal, Ophthalmology, Urology, Otorhinolaryngology. Also a - fair amount of orthopedics, podiatry, and gynecology. No hearts, no heads/neuro, no vascular, no OB
EMR: Meditech and charting is done on paper. Endoscopy uses G-Gastro but anesthesia providers don’t (paper again).
- Credentialing timeframe: 30-45 days.
