Job description

CRNA Needed in IN:
Start Date: July 2024 or as soon as credentialed
Contract Length: 1 month with option for extension
Schedule: 8 Hour Shifts
EMR: Paper charts
Main Procedures: Ortho, Total Joints, and Sports Medicine

IN License Required (We can help license you)
Credentialing Timeframe: Hospital privileging timeline
Medical malpractice insurance, travel, and lodging provided
