Locum CRNA - Indiana

Job description

Locum CRNAs needed to start ASAP and work an 8 week assignment with option to extend at a facility near Yorktown, IN.
Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 8's. 32 hour work week guarantee.
No nights or weekends.
No call.
Cases: Eye and Endo. Approximately 250 cases per month.
CRNAs are not supervised.
Paper Charting.
Credentialing: Emergency starts with temps.
$500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
