Assignment Details
Start: ASAP
Contract: 6 months with ongoing extension opportunities
Coverage: 1 week/month up to full-time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
No call, no weekends
Setting: Hospital + Ambulatory Surgery Center
Care Team Model: Approximately 3 CRNAs : 1 MD
New grads welcome
Open to licensing candidates

Orthopedics & high volume of total joints
General Surgery
Low-acuity Pediatrics
Neuro
Plastics
OB
ENT
Endoscopy
Urology/Cystoscopy
All age groups
No transplants, NICU, or PICU
Physicians handle blocks and cardiac cases

The hospital averages approximately 60 cases per day between the main hospital and surgery center, with 9 surgical rooms. Anesthesia Techs at the main hospital assist with setup and preparation for larger cases.

Requirements
NBCRNA certified
Illinois license strongly preferred, but licensing assistance is available
Experienced CRNAs preferred, but new graduates will be considered
Providers do not have to be comfortable in every area—the team is willing to work with CRNAs who are open to learning and expanding their skills
Credentialing

Approximately 6–8 weeks once a complete file is submitted. Illinois licensing can take approximately 3 months, so licensing candidates should anticipate a longer overall start timeline.
