• Start Date: 5/18/2026
• Schedule: Monday–Friday
• Shift: 6:00am–2:30pm (8-hour shifts)
• Call: None
• Willing to License: Yes

Case Mix:
General, Ortho, OB
Practice Details:
• 5 anesthesia rooms
• Supervised model
• MD to CRNA ratio: 1:2–1:3
• MDs perform their own cases as well
• Charting: Epic
