📢 Now Hiring: CRNA – Locum Tenens Opportunity in Chicago, IL | Surgery Center| Travel Stipend Included | We Will License You!

📍 Position Details:
Start Date: Early August 2025
Practice Setting: Surgery Center
Contract Length: 26 weeks minimum (6-months)
Credentialing Timeframe: ~3.5–4 months
Schedule/Shift Details: 6a-230p, Monday- Friday; 30 minute unpaid lunch
Availability: Must commit to at least 3 weeks per month, 4 weeks preferred
Patient Population: Adults (18+)

🏥 Site Details:
Department Model: CRNAs are supervised
EMR: Paper Charting
Case Mix/Skills Required: Eye cases, pain cases (spine stimulator implant/removal, epidural injections). No blocks. Lower acuity of cases.

✅ Requirements:
Board Certification: Required
License: Active IL license or must apply for Illinois license within 1 week of accepting offer (required to avoid credentialing delays). Aya Locums will facilitate licensing.
Certifications: ACLS & BLS (AHA only)
Experience: ✔️ Minimum 2 years required
Vaccines: Covid & Flu required (no exemptions)
