CRNA Needed in IL (PRN)

Job description

Location: Peoria, IL

Start Date: As soon as credentialed

Contract Length: 3 months

Shift Details: Full time. Need These specific dates covered. Note it is the entire week of that Date:
May 5,12,19,27. June 2, 9,16,23,30.
July 7, 14, 21, 28

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7a-5:30p (10hrs + 30min lunch)

Work Details:
Amount of coverage needed per month: full time
Department description: Trauma 1 Center, cardiac unit and peds are performed by Dr., not CRNA/anesthesiologist. GI suite has a CRNA. Bread and butter job: knees, ortho, necks. It is an anesthesia care team model. The Doctors are available throughout the case and present during induction. (PROVIDER WILL SUPERVISE CRNA’S)
EMR: EPIC

Practice Setting:
Hospital

Requirements:
Board Certification: required
License required: IL

Credentialing Time Frame: 4-6 Weeks. 30 days temp privileges, need verified references!
